1. Product introduction

SMART-F series two color infrared pyrometer is a series of high performance and intelligent two-color infrared pyrometer. It consists of lens, fiber optics and processing components. Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. It has strong casing, use stainless steel lens(with air purge functions), die cast aluminum housing, protection grade is IP54.

It use the manual adjustable focal lens, achromatic lens combination, high reliability circuit design (low temperature drift, fully digital measurement design, high integration SOC chip application, visualization OLED operation interface) and software design (ambient temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, software code optimization in all kinds of application environment).These special designs enable SMART-F series one-color pyrometer to meet the use in a variety of harsh industrial sites and precise temperature control requirements.

SMART-F series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected.

SMART-F series two-color infrared pyrometer can meet the requirements of two color measuring in various industrial occasions. For example, medium-high temperature below 2000℃, such as: hot rolled plate, casting, cement kiln, heat treatment, induction heating, monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon, etc. It can also be used in ultra-high temperature below 3000℃ measuring with high stability, such as vacuum furnace, graphite furnace, high-temperature furnace etc. SMART-F series is not only suitable for general industrial occasions of temperature measurement, but also suitable for installation in occasions with strong electromagnetic interference and high environmental temperature.

◆ Response time 5ms~99.99s adjustable

◆ Using manual adjustable focus lens, the focal length is adjustable from 0.15m to infinity

◆ Laser aiming is used to clearly show the position and size of measured target

◆ The detector adopts PID constant temperature control and comes with full range temperature compensation to avoid the influence of ambient temperature on measurement accuracy

◆ Both two-color and one-color temperature measurement functions

◆ Industrial-grade OLED screen is used as the display interface, and the man-machine interface is friendly

◆ Abundant peripheral interfaces: 2 independent analog output, 2 alarm output, 1 level output and RS485 communication interface

◆ Anti-interference design such as software and hardware improves system stability and can resist 2500VDC pulse group interference

◆ Supports up to 26 pyrometers in bus cascade, and realizes networked control via PC
