SMART Series Optical Fiber 1-Color Infrared Pyrometer
1. Product introduction
SMART-F series one color infrared pyrometer is a series of high performance and intelligent one-color infrared pyrometer. It consists of lens, fiber optics and processing components. Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. It has strong casing, use stainless steel lens(with air purge functions), die cast aluminum housing, protection grade is IP54.
It use the manual adjustable focal lens, achromatic lens combination, high reliability circuit design (low temperature drift, fully digital measurement design, high integration SOC chip application, visualization OLED operation interface) and software design (ambient temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, software code optimization in all kinds of application environment).These special designs enable SMART-F series one-color pyrometer to meet the use in a variety of harsh industrial sites and precise temperature control requirements.
SMART-F series one-color pyrometer determine the temperature of an object by receiving the sum of the narrow-band radiation energy emitted by the object. It adopts advanced hardware and software design, has a super wide dynamic range, and has high stability.
It can be widely used in metallurgical industry (wire rod, hot rolled plate,forging) and forging industry, heat treatment, induction heating, monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon,etc. SMART-F series is not only suitable for general industrial occasions of temperature measurement, but also suitable for installation in occasions with strong electromagnetic interference and high environmental temperature.

For example: SMART-FS-6016-L3 stands for a pyrometer which temperature measuring range is 600℃~1600℃, the fiber length is 3m, and use silicon photocells as detector.
