Rolling mill temperature measurement program

When measuring the temperature of square billet, billet, steel plate, steel bar, etc. at the rolling mill position by an infrared pyrometer. The industrial site environment is harsh, dust, water vapor and other factors will affect the accuracy of temperature measurement.

When use Sijie's two-color pyrometer, even if the target is blocked by 95%, it will not affect the measurement result and can effectively overcome the influence of water vapor. When measuring large target objects, the head and tail of the target object will automatically adjust the signal threshold state to avoid false signal output. The response time of the two-color infrared pyrometer is 10ms, and the response time of the one-color infrared pyrometer is 5ms, which can quickly track the continuous change of temperature.

The 1:1 LED aiming light accurately indicates the size and focusing distance of the target, and the dirty lens detection function can send out signals in advance to make the equipment basically maintenance-free.
