Wire and bar temperature measurement program
Use an infrared pyrometer to measure the temperature of the rod and wire. During the measurement, the target moves quickly, the target is jittery, the surface condition is uneven (such as rebar), and it may measure small targets (such as 5mm). The industrial site environment is harsh. Dust, dust, water vapor and other factors will affect the accuracy of temperature measurement.
It is recommended to use a two-color infrared pyrometer to measure the temperature of rod and wire processing. Even if the target is blocked by 95%, it will not affect the measurement result and can effectively overcome the influence of water vapor. The minimum detection target can reach 2mm. When measuring large target objects, the head and tail of the target object will automatically adjust the signal threshold state to avoid false signal output. The response time of the two-color infrared pyrometer is 10ms, and the response time of the one-color infrared pyrometer is 5ms, which can quickly track the continuous change of temperature.
Standard stainless steel protective cover (with purge and water cooling function), equipment protection grade is IP65, suitable for various industrial occasions. The 1:1 LED aiming light accurately indicates the size and focal length of the target. The dirty lens detection function can send out signals in advance to make the equipment reach a basic maintenance-free state.
