Hot rolled infrared temperature measurement program
To measure temperature of slab surface by an infrared temperature sensor. The oxide layer, water vapor and dust on the surface of the slab increase the difficulty of measurement. The temperature of the oxide layer surface cannot represent the actual temperature of the slab.
The two-color infrared pyrometer of Sijie Optoelectronics can identify the oxidation state of slab, skipping the oxide and measure the temperature of the slab surface accurately. Even if the target is blocked by 95%, it will not affect the measurement result and can effectively overcome the influence of water vapor. When measuring large target objects, the head and tail of the target object will automatically adjust the signal threshold state to avoid false signal output. The response time of the two-color infrared pyrometer is 10ms, and the response time of the one-color infrared pyrometer is 5ms, which can quickly track the continuous change of temperature.
Among the curves in the picture, the yellow one is the temperature measurement curve of Sijie, and the red one is the temperature measurement curve of a foreign high-end brand. The yellow curve is clearer than the red curve, and Sijie's pyrometers also have strong processing capabilities in capturing transient signals.
