MARS Series 1-Color Infrared Pyrometer
1. Product introduction
MARS series one color pyrometer is a high-performance, intelligent, one color infrared pyrometer with compact structure and powerful functions. It has a strong shape, 304 stainless steel movement (movement diameter is only 50mm), optional with purge and cooling function of 304 stainless steel protective water jacket.It use the manual adjustable focal lens, achromatic lens, high reliability circuit design (low temperature drift, design of fully digital measurement, high integration SOC chip application, visualize, OLED) interface and software design (ambient temperature compensation and real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, all kinds of application environment of software code optimization).These special designs allow the MARS range of one color pyrometer to be used for a variety of demanding industrial applications and precise temperature controls.
The MARS series of one color pyrometer measure the temperature of an object by receiving the sum of the energy it emits in a narrow band.It adopts advanced software and hardware design, with super wide dynamic range and high stability.
It can be widely used in forging industry, heat treatment, induction heating, vacuum furnace, high temperature furnace, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon and other industrial temperature measurement.

The analog output is: (4 ~20)mA, (0~20)mA, (0~5)V, (0~10)V are optional, and the default is (4~20)mA output. The analog output and power input are isolated from each other. RS485 communication and power input are isolated from each other.

For example: MARS-S-6016 stands for a MARS series one-color pyrometer whose measurement range is 600°C~1600°C, and detector is made of silicon. MARS-G-3014 stands for a MARS series infrared pyrometer whose measuring range is 300°C~1400°C and with an indium gallium arsenide detector

(1) Outline drawing of MARS series host machine
Use adjustable focus lens, LED green light source aiming method, the life of the light source is up to 100,000 hours. This aiming method will 1:1 indicates the size of the measurement target. The LED light source aiming is suitable for short-distance installation (such as within 3m) and detection in non-enclosed environments.
Adopt adjustable focus lens, the object seen is a positive image. This aiming method will also 1:1 indicates the size of the measurement target. Eyepiece aiming method is suitable for high-temperature objects, closed environment and long-distance detection.
(2) MARS series dual-angle adjustment bracket plus air purge jacket
The installation angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it comes with an air purge jacket, which can prevent dust effectively, and is suitable for use in situations where the ambient temperature is not high.
(3) MARS series with water jacket and air purge jacket
It comes with an air purge and a water cooling jacket, suitable for general occasions and harsh working conditions (more dust, higher ambient temperature) . For the occasions with high safety requirement or unsuitable for water cooling method, compressed air or vortex cooler can be used for cooling. Water-cooled joints can use ZG1/4 screwed joints.
