1. Product introduction

 

         STRONG Series one color pyrometer is a series high performance and intelligent one-color infrared pyrometer. It has solid firm, 304 stainless steel host machine, 304 stainless steel protection jacket with optional air purge and water cooling functions. It uses the manual adjustable focusing distance, achromatic lens, high reliability circuit design (low temperature drift, full digital measurement design, high integration SOC chip application, visualize OLED operation interface) and software design (ambient temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, software code optimization in all kinds of application environment ).These special designs enable the STRONG series of one-color pyrometers to meet the use in a variety of harsh industrial field and precise temperature control requirements.

         STRONG series one color pyrometer determine the object temperature by receiving the sum of the narrow-band radiation energy emitted by the object. It uses advanced software and hardware design, with ultra-wide dynamic range and high stability.

         It can be widely used in metallurgical industry (wire rod, hot rolled plate, forging) and forging industry, heat treatment, induction heating, single crystal silicon, polycrystalline silicon and various occasions of industrial temperature measurement.

     ◆ Use manual adjustable focus lens , standard focusing distance is from 0.45m to infinity, close focusing distance is adjustable from 0.25m~0.6m

     ◆ 1:1 high brightness green LED light source aiming or eyepiece aiming method to clearly display  position and size of the observed target

     ◆ Use PID constant temperature control for the detector, use full-scale temperature compensation to avoid the influence of ambient temperature on measuring accuracy.

     ◆ Use industrial grade long life yellow light OLED screen as display interface, and the man-machine interface is friendly

     ◆ Abundant peripheral interfaces: 2 independent analog output, 2 alarm output, 1 level output and 1 RS485 communication interface.

     ◆ Hardware and software watchdog, Hardware EMI filtering and other designs improve system stability and can resist 2500VDC pulse group interference

The analog output is isolated from the power input, and the RS485 communication interface is isolated from the power input. Multiple Analog Output:(4~20)mA,(0~20)mA, (0~5)V, (0~10)V alternative,default (4~20)mA. The Analog output and input power are isolated from each other. The RS485 is isolate from input power.

7. Model definition

 

For example:STRONG-S-6016 stands for a STRONG series one-color pyrometer whose measuring range is 600℃~1600℃ and detector is made of silicon photocell. STRONG-G-3514 stands for a STRONG series one-color pyrometer whose measuring range is 350℃~1400℃ and detector is made of laminated indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) detector.

(1) host machine outline drawing

LED green light source aiming: using adjustable focus lens, the life of the light source is up to 100,000 hours. This aiming method will 1:1 indicates the size of the measurement target. The LED light source aiming is suitable for short-distance installation (such as within 3m) and detection in non-enclosed environments. 
Eyepiece aiming: using adjustable focus lens, the object seen is a positive image. This aiming method will also 1:1 indicates the size of the measurement target. Eyepiece aiming method is suitable for high-temperature objects, closed environment and long-distance detection.

 

(2) Double angle adjustment bracket and air purge jacket

The installation angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, with a air purge jacket can effectively prevent dust, and is suitable for situations where ambient temperature is not high.

 

(3) With water jacket and air purge jacket

 

It comes with an air purge and a water cooling jacket, suitable for general occasions and harsh working conditions (more dust, higher ambient temperature) . For the occasions with high safety requirement or unsuitable for water cooling method, compressed air or vortex cooler can be used for cooling. Water-cooled joints can use ZG1/4 screwed joints.
