1. Product introduction

 

STRONG Series two color infrared pyrometer(also known as ratio infrared pyrometer), is a series of high performance and intelligent two-color infrared pyrometer. It has solid firm, 304 stainless steel host machine, 304 stainless steel protection jacket with optional air purge and water cooling functions. It uses the manual adjustable focal length, achromatic lens, high reliability circuit design (low temperature drift, full digital measurement design, high integration SOC chip application, visualize OLED operation interface) and software design (ambient temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, software code optimization in all kinds of application environment ).These special designs enable the STRONG series of two-color pyrometers to meet the use in a variety of harsh industrial field and precise temperature control requirements.

 STRONG series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected.

This series is not only suitable for temperature measurement in general industrial occasions, but also suitable for precise measuring of small targets at long distance, materials with easy changing emissivity, and in occasions with strong attenuation.

STRONG series two-color infrared pyrometer can meet the requirements of two color measuring in various industrial occasions. For example, medium-high temperature below 2000℃, such as: wire rod, hot rolled plate, forging, casting, cement kiln, heat treatment, induction heating, monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon, etc. It can also be used in ultra-high temperature below 3000℃ measuring, such as vacuum furnace, graphite furnace, high-temperature furnace etc. Measurement has high stability.

 

2. Product features

 

     ◆ Temperature measuring range covers 250℃~3000℃

     ◆ Temperature measuring accuracy is 0.5%, repeat accuracy is 2℃,resolution is 0.1℃

     ◆ Response time 5ms~99.99s, adjustable

     ◆ Use manually adjustable focus lens, a standard focal length is from 0.45m to infinity, a near focal length is adjustable from 0.2m to 0.6m

     ◆ PID constant temperature control is adopted for the detector, with full range temperature compensation to avoid influence of ambient temperature on the measuring accuracy

     ◆ 1:1 high-brightness green LED light source or visual eyepiece, clearly show the position and size of the measured target

     ◆ Both two-color and one-color temperature measurement mode, switchable

     ◆ In two-color mode, pyrometer display energy percentage, and has dirty lens detection function

     ◆ Use industrial grade long life yellow OLED screen as the display interface, and man-machine interface is friendly

   Multiple Analog Output:(4~20)mA,(0~20)mA,(0~5)V,(0~10)V alternative,default(4~20)mA. PNP output is dirty lens alarm output. Analog output and input power are isolated from each other. RS485 is isolate from input power.

(1) host machine outline drawing

LED green light source aiming: using adjustable focus lens, the life of the light source is up to 100,000 hours. This aiming method will 1:1 indicates the size of the measurement target. The LED light source aiming is suitable for short-distance installation (such as within 3m) and detection in non-enclosed environments. 
Eyepiece aiming: using adjustable focus lens, the object seen is a positive image. This aiming method will also 1:1 indicates the size of the measurement target. Eyepiece aiming method is suitable for high-temperature objects, closed environment and long-distance detection.

 

(2) Double angle adjustment bracket and air purge jacket

The installation angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it comes with an air purge jacket, which can prevent dust effectively, and is suitable for use in situations where the ambient temperature is not high.

 

(3)With water jacket and air purge jacket

a

It comes with an air purge and a water cooling jacket, suitable for general occasions and harsh working conditions (more dust, higher ambient temperature) . For the occasions with high safety requirement or unsuitable for water cooling method, compressed air or vortex cooler can be used for cooling. Water-cooled joints can use ZG1/4 screwed joints.

 

8. Model definition

 

For example:STRONG-SR-6016 stands for a STRONG series two-color pyrometer whose measuring range is 600℃~1600℃ and detector is made of laminated silicon. STRONG-GR-3514 stands for a STRONG series two-color pyrometer whose measuring range is 350℃~1400℃ and detector is made of laminated indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) detector.
